Care and Cleaning

It is not necessary to clean your mat every day, only when you notice that you have sweated a lot on it, or if you have used it outdoors.

Use a drop of detergent diluted in water, moisten a cloth in the solution, and rub (gently!) your Namastecita mat. Make sure it is completely dry before rolling it up and storing it.

Perfecta para la práctica.

En cuanto al diseño la elegí en negro porque el diseño de cosmos me gustó mucho y es preciosa. Es cierto que se notan las marcas después de hacer la práctica, pero con un trapo húmedo enseguida se quitan y se seca rápido.
En cuanto a funcionalidad es perfecta, perfecta para equilibrios ya que tiene muy buen agarre y antideslizante total, en una de las asanas que más se hacen en la práctica “Perro boca abajo” no te escurres ni un solo milímetro.

Estupenda esterilla

Me encanta! Por fin puedo hacer el perro boca abajo sin deslizar 😂 me da paz practicar con esta esterilla. Muy buena calidad, y me gusta que sea un poco mas ancha de la estándar.
