A little bit about me:

I was born in Argentina and I have lived in Brazil, Mexico and, for 8 years, in the Basque Country.

I trained in yoga in 2000 and, for 24 years, I have been teaching HATHA YOGA classes.

I always continue studying because it is my passion and I have more than 500 hours of training and professional certification in the Spanish State.

I have also trained in Yoga for Children, Yoga for pregnant women, Yoga for seniors and Aerial Yoga.

I live in a small rural town in Álava and I am improving my knowledge so that all my students enjoy my classes.

We have created an association with other neighbors dedicated to healthy living, the care of cultural and natural heritage, and we offer our yoga workshops, medicinal and edible wild plants, as well as educational sessions related to sustainability.

My classes

I offer yoga classes in different rural towns in the region where I live, in Cuadrilla de Añana, Álava.

In my teaching, I have had students from 3 years old to almost 90 years old!

My Yoga Philosophy

I love being able to share yoga with different people and, at this time, bringing this ancient practice to the rural world.

For me, yoga is a life practice.

Doing yoga makes me very happy and I want to share this happiness with more people.
